ആദ്യം, യുഡിഎഫ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് മന്ത്രിമാര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട , ഇപ്പോഴും തീരുമാനമാകാത്ത പെണ്‍വാണിഭ കേസുകളില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടവരെ കോടതി ശിക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ.
അതൊക്കെ,സുപ്രീംകോടതി ജഡ്ജസിന് കൈക്കൂലി കൊടുത്തിട്ടെന്ന്,പരസ്യമായി പറഞ്ഞവര്‍ കേരളത്തിലുണ്ട്.

വീണ്ടും,സ്ത്രീ കൊടുത്ത പരാതി കോടതി തള്ളി.
ഇന്ത്യ ,56-60 വര്‍ഷം ഭരിച്ച്, ഖജനാവ് കാലിയാക്കി,
''ഒളിഞ്ഞും തെളിഞ്ഞും'' മന്ത്രിമാര്‍ പെണ്‍ പീഡനം നടത്തി,ഒടുവില്‍ എല്ലാം മായ്ച്ച കോണ്ഗ്രസ് തുള്ളിയാല്‍ ,അതെങ്ങും ഏശില്ല,
അത് അവജ്ഞയോടെ തള്ളുക

Yesterday the Times Now channel has been debating allegations of rape against Union Minister, Mr. Nihalchand. Even today, they are attacking him vehemently for not talking to their reporters.
I do not want to comment on his guilt or innocence since the issue is in the court and is sub-judice. Let the court decide that.
The following is the history of this case.
In 2011, Nihal Chand's name appeared as one of the 17 accused in a police FIR. The complainant, a woman from Sirsa, Haryana, alleged that her husband Om Prakash Godara had drugged her and then let his associates rape her in Jaipur. After one year of investigation, the police closed the case in 2012, calling the charges as false and fabricated. The woman approached the trial court, which accepted the police report and dismissed the protest petition filed by her. The woman then approached the district court, which also dismissed the charges.
In 2014, a few days after Nihal Chand was made the minister, the complainant went in for revision, following which the district court issued notices to Nihal Chand and 16 others, asking them to respond to the court.[6] This caused a controversy, with the opposition party Congress demanding Nihal Chand's resignation.
He was a BJP candidate who was defeated by the Congress candidate in 2009 when the FIR was filed. It was a Congress government in the state and UPA II at the centre. Despite this, not just the police, but even the trial court and the district court had rejected the allegations against Nihalchand as false.
If there was even a bit of evidence against him, do you think the Congress government would not have tried to pressurize the police and judiciary and have left the opportunity to get the BJP leader convicted?
Raking up this issue immediately after he took over as a Union Minister makes the motive of the “victim” questionable.
Now, the Times Now is shouting why he is not answering their questions. I think he has his fundamental right to remain silent on an issue which is already sub-judice. Why should he subject himself to a media trial when the issue is already in the court of law? The media’s attempt now is to influence the judiciary, where as by remaining silent, Mr. Nihalchand is doing the right thing by not trying to influence the courts either way.
