Mr. Modi had never said that he would deposit the money into the account of each citizens , if he becomes the PM.
I have seen the debate on a malayalam channel ! M.V.Nikesh kumar who was hosting the show was quoting the speech of Mr.Modi
.as usual his ( namo ) speech was in hindi . " लूटेरों ने इतना पैसा विदेश बैंकों मे जमा करके रखा है , अगर वो सब वापस लायेगा तो एक एक नागरिक को 15 लाख रूपया तक दे सकता है " If we can bring back all those money from the foreign banks, each citizen can be benefited by getting 15 lakh RS. He just wanted to portray the seriousness of the illegal deposits .
As far as i know, the word ' IF doesnt mean a guaranteed word for a particular act !
